FRANCHISE PILOT TIMELINES
Your time is valuable. We don't want to waste it. That's why we're giving you early access to e6 to start working with your website while we complete OEM compliance and technical requirements.
What does the e6 franchise pilot timeline include?
ENGINE 6 PILOT SUPPORT
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH DURING THE PILOT?
We want to ensure your success through outstanding support. The pilot program will consist of three phases:
1. Pilot Agreement and Onboarding
During this period, your primary POC will be the DealerFire product team, specifically Cavan Robinson. All questions related to pilot process, agreements, expectations and timelines will flow through e6@dealersocket.com
2. e6 Website Build
Once your pilot agreement is confirmed and processed, a DealerFire New Accounts Specialist will reach out to start your e6 pilot build. The new website will be added to a DEV environment and you will be given access to start working on it immediately.
3. Product and WPE QA
Once a pilot launch timeline is set, the DealerFire product team, WPE and dealer will schedule a "live QA" to ensure the website is ready for propagation. This will be the final feedback loop.
ENGINE6 OEM COMPLIANCE
ENSURING THAT YOUR WEBSITE MEETS ALL OEM REQUIREMENTS
We take great pride in our 98% OEM compliance score. Engine6 will be no different.
All e6 pilot websites will endure the same stringent OEM compliance review as all other websites.
Your primary POC during the compliance review process will be Cavan Robinson.
Compliance Level 1
All Engine6 themes will be built specifically for OEM programs. These themes will contain the manufacturer requirements for color, font, content, inventory, incentives, etc. These themes have been built and will be reviewed internally and externally, details below.
Compliance Level 2
Level 2 is internal review. DealerFire has a dedicated OEM compliance department that serves as the first layer of compliance review. This is even before we send the website for Shift Digital or the OEM to review.
Compliance Level 3
The final phase of compliance is OEM. This is typically reviewed by Shift Digital and a 3rd party vendor that audits the website for compliance prior to launch. All reviews, for all levels are documented and shared with the dealer.
